TURN-AROUND TIME (TAT):

Turn-around time on our orders start once the order is placed and end when the product(s) leave our facility - this excludes shipping time, weekends and holidays. 

• Standard TAT for Read-to-Ship (RTS) item(s) is 5-10 business days*
• TAT for Made-to-Order (MTO) / PREORDER item(s) is 4-6 weeks after the order details are confirmed.
• TAT for Custom and personalized orders are handled on a customer-by-customer basis.

*Please note that if RTS item(s) are purchased with a preorder or custom item, the RTS item(s) will be held/shipped along WITH the preorder/custom item(s) associated turn-around time.

SHIPPING:

Shipping is calculated at checkout and available to all Domestic US via USPS First-Class (excludes Guam and Puerto Rico). Tracking will be provided.  Please note that we DO NOT SHIP ON HOLIDAYS and will always communicate any potential shipping delays to our customers.
