SIZING INFORMATION:

HANDMADE ITEMS / SCREEN PRINTING:

With the nature of handmade, each item, though similar in style/design, may vary from item to item due to supplies and/or materials used.

Our Screen Printing process is completely unique to each individual shirt (or item).  Ink print color consistency and how each fabric takes will always vary from item to item.

CUSTOM / PERSONALIZED ORDERS:

TURN-AROUND TIME (TAT):

Turn-around time on our orders start once the order is placed and end when the product(s) leave our facility - this excludes shipping time, weekends and holidays. 

    • Standard TAT for Read-to-Ship (RTS) item(s) is 5-10 business days*
    • TAT for Made-to-Order (MTO) / PREORDER item(s) is up to 4 weeks (20 business days).
    • TAT for Custom and personalized orders are handled on a customer by customer basis.
*Please note that if RTS item(s) are purchased with a preorder or custom item(s), the RTS item(s) will be held/shipped along WITH the preorder/custom item(s) associated turn-around time.

    SHIPPING:

    Shipping is calculated at checkout and available to all Domestic US via USPS First-Class (excludes Guam and Puerto Rico). Tracking will be provided.  Please note that we DO NOT SHIP ON HOLIDAYS and will always communicate any potential shipping delays to our customers. 

    If you need to purchase insurance, upgrade to USPS Priority, or would like a quote for international shipping, please email us at littlemamastx@gmail.com PRIOR to placing your order. 

    ENVIROMENTALLY CONSCIOUS SHIPPING MATERIALS:

    We Proudly Reuse Materials for Shipping when available!  The Fabric and Textile industries' fast fashion trend contributes as one of our worlds largest environmental threats.  Alongside our passion for upcycling vintage threads and materials, we do our best to upcycle/reuse shipping packages (when we can) to help cut down on environment waste and minimize the Little Mamas footprint.  We totally understand this may not be suitable for everyone, so please leave us a note at checkout if you prefer new packaging. 

    GENERAL WARNINGS:

    Please DO NOT leave small children unattended or sleep while wearing any of our hair accessories or jewelry. 

    Some items we make may also contain small parts (such as buttons).  Please exercise caution, and always use items with adult supervision.

    RETURN POLICY:

    If for any reason you should be dissatisfied with your order, please contact us directly at littlemamastx@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery receipt to initiate the return process.  The Customer is responsible for return shipping charges.  We will offer returns only on items received to us in their brand new/unworn condition with tags still attached (if applicable).  We DO NOT accept returns on personal hair care accessories (such as bows, clips, headbands, head-wraps and ear warmers), personal protection equipment (PPE), preorders, custom orders, personalized products, or sale/final items.  Please note that any refunds will be issued in the original payment form it was received.
